Walk through day has arrived! Here we are Monday at The Parker Residence in Ocean Ridge. Following a thorough review of the home, we transfer the house keys to our new owners and welcome them to the Whitney Blair family.

What a difference a few short months make...latest photos of The Parker Residence, our most recent home in Ocean Ridge Plantation - we are ready for landscaping, followed by our final walkthrough scheduled for Monday. Our clients will be moving in a few short days later to a great home, congratulations Melodie and Jerry!

Another beautiful day in Ocean Ridge! Work is continuing with our custom designed residence for The Parker's...flooring is laid, interior trim work continues.

Happy Friday from Ocean Ridge. Construction is progressing quite well with The Parker's custom home in Ocean Ridge. Final work on exterior trim is underway with interior trim delivered this week. Insulation and sheetrock are complete. Cumaru hardwood flooring is being finished...absolutely gorgeous!

Framing is complete at our custom home for the Parker's in Ocean Ridge. When completed, this home will have 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, open kitchen/dining/family area, home office, sunroom and workshop area off the garage, right at 2,700 sq ft.

Whitney Blair Custom Homes Parker Residence Update February 10, 2010

Our first blog post for our new custom home in Ocean Ridge Plantation for our clients, The Parker's. The Parker's home is an in-house low country home design by Whitney Blair, at approximately 2,700 square feet with an optional 531 square feet of expansion area upstairs.
These first photos depict the lot being cleared prior to the start of the footings being dug.
